The headquarters of Lacoste can be found in Paris.
It established its production capital in Troyes, France and opened up numerous factories around the world, including Peru, Morocco and Italy. Today, it operates worldwide in a large chain of boutiques, especially in leading department stores.
The brand Lacoste carries reached the peak of its popularity in the 1970’s when the preppy tennis shirt with “The Alligator” became an essential content of the preppy wardrobe. It is one of the very few companies which manufacture an XXS American size of shirts.
